Leadership is taught through positive examples and negative ones.  I am learning from both almost everyday of my life.  Jesus tells us in Proverbs 27:17 "That iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."  In your life and mine we must recognize who is an iron sharpener and who is sand paper. There are so many people I have listened to that are "professional skeptics" regarding the church. They are 2 Timothy 3:7 -"always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth." So many church leaders are full time students of theory and part time leaders in application. In my short few years of pastoring I am learning that there are clear signs they have it and they do not.
