Preparing God's people to reach the world is not a comfortable position to be in. Many people who have been "churched" most of their lives believe that saying, "I am a Christian" takes them OUT of the world, when in fact saying "I am a Christian" should take you OUT-INTO the world, proclaiming the GOOD NEWS!! As TRUE believers, we must show love to the unlovable, share Jesus with those who really don't seem to care who HE IS, and forgive those around us that we feel don't deserve our forgiveness...then and only THEN, are we IN the world and not OF the world!! I am so thankful that I go to a church that teaches the TRUTH! What an awesome word was heard from Christine Cain @ c309'!!! People are hungry for a relevant church and message. "we" are tired of going to church to "feel good" or to hear someone speak over you head. It is nice to hear what actually pertains to your everyday living. Also, the same basically goes for #6. for years that concentration has been on doing things the same way. It is refreshing to have thinks "shook" up every week. keeps you thinking, growing, and changing!! I like #4 and #6 the best.
