Numbers 11 is a chapter of frustration in leadership. Moses is telling God that these are His people and God quickly responds that these are Moses people. The solution was the “impartation” of Moses spirit on 70 elders and leaders. God was so confident in the spirit and influence of Moses that it (through God’s Spirit) was to be duplicated in all key leaders. The question that came to my mind was “if my spirit was imparted to 70 elders and leaders in our church what would be imparted”. Whether imparted or not, positive or negative, as leaders our spirits are caught by those we lead. These are the contagious attributes I am praying for in my own life to be imparted:
#1 Passion for Jesus
This will not happen because I am in ministry, but through obedience, and surrender.
#2 Teachability
The moment I stop being teachable is the moment I become ineffective to lead.
#3 Enourager
I want to high five all around me, and the many serving God’s church.
#4 Attitude
Positive, Christ like attitude must permeate my life so it can be imparted contagiously to those I influence.
#5 Maturity
Learners are leaders. Going into a library just makes me feel smarter. It’s contagious when you are continually expanding your knowledge.
#6 Love for the Poor
Making a difference is addictive. I want the heart of God for the less fortunate.
#7 Energy
Not manufactured, but real and fresh.
#8 Health
A desire to represent Christ with physical and spiritual health.
#9 Expectation
A spirit of readiness for the power and the presence of God
#10 Generosity
We are more like God when we give than at any other moment…”For God so loved He GAVE…”
Add to the list your imparting attributes.

Well balanced in what you are desiring from God, as well as what you see God desiring from you.

#11 Smoking Hot Marriage
I learned this from you as well.
When the bishop has a smoking hot marriage it inspires others to have a passionate marriage. When men are passionate about their marriages they will be passionate about their homes. If a man can’t Lead his house, how can he be expected to lead within the church.
